True Gamers Together with Sony Hosts Women’s League of Legends Tournament this International Women’s Day

In line with its reputation as a trendsetter, it supports diversity and women’s initiatives by hosting an exclusive women’s match in partnership with Sony Inzone in a show of support for International Women’s Day on March 8, 2024.
Sony’s Inzone Female Show Match will feature an exciting League of Legends 5v5 competition at the True Gamer’s Blue Waters Club at 17.00 this Friday. Top female players will battle for a share of the 5,400 AED prize pool, with the winning team taking home 3,400 AED and the runners-up securing 2,000 AED.

The match will see two formidable women’s teams battling it out, each having formed a unique composition for the contest. Madiha Naz, a team leader from Galaxy Racer Esports and one of the first women in the country to join a professional eSports team, will be facing off against BME’s team leader, Kĩllệr Bùúƞý.
The show match will be played in a best-of-three format, meaning the first team to secure two victories will be crowned champions. The event boasts a professional production and will be streamed live on True Gamers’ Twitch account. Adding to the excitement, famous gaming influencer Arshy, who is known for hosting significant gaming and esports events, will be present at the event.
